Ashley and Matt's Wedding
St Luke's Episcopal Church and
The Maidstone Club
East Hampton, New York
Ashley and Matt's wedding last fall was centered around an old stone church in East Hampton called St. Luke's Episcopal, a church Ashley loves for it's history and intimacy. She put on her amazing gown at her families summer home in Quogue before we all headed to the church. She's the oldest of five, sharing her day with family and friends was most important to her. The reception at the Maidstone Club was magical! It's an old world club along the coast high on a hill with spectacular views. My favorite part of the day was when the couple and I walked down to the beach for a few photos, the color tones, light and the mood were wonderful, quiet and sweet. It was truly a dream wedding.
I shot this wedding with a combination of film and digital cameras. The film cameras I used are the Contax 645, the Hasselblad and Widelux. For the digital, I used a Canon 5D. I hope you enjoy the photos!
Thank you to the amazing Jill Gordon of Celebrate for pulling it all together beautifully.
